The quality of cutting tools largely depends on the result of heat treatment. SANKYO adopted heat treatment technology from Europe and Japan in initial state and accumulate 40 year experiences to polish the skills. Our heat treatment has been tuned up to the most sophisticated level, that is the guarantee to back up the quality of our tools and a reason of long duration of our tool life.

Due to long term experiences in serving our oversea customers, we have been familiar with major standard for cutting tools, such as Japan “JIS”, U.S.A. “ASTM” and European representative-Germany “DIN”.
